The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ International Services) is currently implementing the eunite Programme, which is funded by the EU Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community. As part of this programme, GIZ InS intends to award a contract for the Small Ruminant Portable Shelter Package at 26 different farms in the northern part of Cyprus. The scope of supply includes:
- Supply and installation of portable small ruminant shelters
- Supply and installation of interlocking portable partitions for small ruminant shelters
- Supply and installation of newborn animal pens for portable small ruminant shelters
The tender procedure, from the invitation to tender to the signing of the contract, is expected to be completed between 19.05.2025 and 19.06.2025.Delivery is expected to be performed and completed approximately within 120 days from signing of contract.
To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents where appropriate for eligibility assessment:
- Official letter expressing interest
- Company details including full company name, full address, phone and email
- Copy of company registration documents
- Copy of valid
- All certificate of conformity to TSE
- CE Declaration of Conformity
- TIM document indicating export capability
- Manufacturing Competency Certificate from Chamber of Industry
- Company profile including number of employees (permanent / temporary in total) and number of professional staff, for each of the last three (3) years
- References for Small Ruminant Portable Shelters of a similar nature, completed within the last three (3) years, along with corresponding completion certificates.
- Total value of projects of similar nature as specified above (for each of the last three (3) years)
- Certified annual total turnover for each of the last three (3) years, issued or verified by an independent auditor
- A statement confirming the ownership of the equipment and machinery required to carry out the installation services and/or a letter of intent indicating the possibility to rent such equipment.
The required information and documents may be submitted to GIZ InS eunite Programme Office in one of the following two ways:
Hard Copy Submission:
The information and documents specified above shall be submitted to GIZ InS eunite Programme Office hard copy in a sealed envelope on 09.05.2025 by 15:00 Cyprus time at the latest to the following address: Zühtüzade Str No: 1 & 3 Oldtown Nicosia.
The envelope must be clearly marked as follows: “Expression of Interest for Supply of Small Ruminant Portable Shelter Package- eunite”
Email Submission:
The information and documents specified above shall be submitted to GIZ in PDF format on 09.05.2025 by 15:00 Cyprus time at the latest to the following email address: cyprus_quotation@giz.de
The subject line must be clearly marked as follows: “Expression of Interest for Supply of Small Ruminant Portable Shelter Package -eunite”.
